What We Build
Every project is different. Some clients choose a proven design, others bring their own architectural concept, and developers work with strict technical and financial requirements. Explore how each route works and what’s possible within our timber-frame system.

Our standard designs are ready-made private homes that can be adapted to your needs. Use our configurator to adjust size, layout, insulation level, façade materials, and other details — giving you a clear idea of price and technical options from the start.

For clients working with their own architect, we manufacture fully custom private homes based on the submitted drawings. Our configurator helps estimate structural options and cost ranges, while final engineering is tailored to your exact design and destination country requirements.

Designed for developers, construction companies, and investment projects, this category includes apartment buildings, row houses, hotels, guest cabins, and other multi-unit timber structures. We provide structural engineering, manufacturing, delivery, and fast on-site assembly for large-scale developments.

Where We Build
Close to 95% of our production is exported and assembled across Europe, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Norway, Iceland and Sweden.
We are a registered taxpayer in Latvia, the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, and in Norway we operate through our subsidiary company VIT ELEMENT HUS.
This structure allows us to work efficiently across borders and ensures full compliance with local requirements in every country we serve.
What We Do
We manage your timber-frame house project from the first technical steps to the final on-site assembly, handling the entire process in-house. With one responsible partner and one coordinated timeline, you get predictable quality, clear communication, and a smooth transition from factory production to completed structure.
Manufacturing
All structural elements are produced in our factory using certified timber-frame technology. Walls, roof panels, and components are pre-assembled with precision to match the agreed project documentation.
Delivery
We organise international logistics and prepare every element for safe, efficient transport. Deliveries are scheduled and sequenced to support fast on-site installation.
Assembly
Our installation teams assemble the structure on site with speed and accuracy. The result is a solid, airtight timber-frame building ready for finishing works.
Advantages of Prefab
We use modern prefabricated timber-frame technology to deliver homes that are reliable, efficient, and flexible. Below are the key advantages of our approach.

Short Construction Periods
When panels are manufactured in the factory and assembled on site, the structural shell can be completed in about two months — even in any season. Lighter foundations are required compared to masonry construction, reducing both time and cost.

High
Quality
We design every house in specialised software and manufacture components in a controlled indoor environment. This ensures accurate dimensions, protected material quality, and consistent durability — regardless of weather conditions on site.

Outstanding Energy Efficiency
Our timber-frame panels deliver excellent thermal performance. A standard 250 mm insulation layer in the wall corresponds to approximately 900 mm of masonry. The result: significantly lower heating requirements and improved comfort.

Unlimited Architectural Possibilities
Whether you prefer contemporary glass façades or traditional finishes, our timber-frame system adapts. Curved shapes, large rooms, high ceilings — you choose the visual concept, materials, and layout, and we manufacture accordingly.

Competetive
Pricing
The simplified foundation requirements, shorter construction time, and efficient factory production result in cost advantages compared to conventional construction methods — particularly when matched for equivalent energy performance.

Natural & Sustainable Materials
Our houses use natural materials, combining wood with advanced insulation and membranes. This delivers a building that’s warm, breathable, and healthier for occupants, while minimising environmental impact.
Types of Prefab Buildings
Prefabricated timber-frame technology allows the construction of buildings with very different functions, sizes, and architectural styles. Because the structural system is flexible and panels are produced to precise specifications, it can be used for a wide range of projects, including:
Our Prefab Panels
We manufacture complete wall, floor, ceiling and roof panels in our production facility, assembling all structural layers according to the project specifications. Each panel is produced under controlled conditions, ensuring consistent quality, accurate dimensions and fast installation on site.
How It Works
Your project follows a clear and structured process — from the first conversation and technical planning to factory production, delivery, and fast on-site assembly. Each stage is coordinated in-house to ensure predictable quality and timelines.
1.
First Contact & Project Brief
Send us your drawings or sketches and outline your project requirements.
We prepare a detailed commercial offer, discuss technical options, and agree on the timeline and scope.
Once the terms are confirmed, we sign the contract.
2.
Structural Design & Technical Documentation
Our engineers prepare the full structural design package, including calculations, energy-efficiency data, and material specifications required for your destination country.
Technical documentation typically takes 4–5 weeks.
3.
Factory Manufacturing
When the design is approved, we start production in our controlled indoor factory.
All panels are manufactured according to the confirmed drawings, with documented quality checks at every stage.
A typical 150 m² house is produced in 1–2 weeks.
4.
Delivery to Site
Finished panels, windows, doors, and roof elements are packed, loaded, and transported according to a project-specific delivery plan.
Efficient logistics ensure fast unloading and minimal crane time on site.
5.
On-Site Assembly
Our team assembles the structure on the prepared foundation, ensuring full alignment with the design.
Most residential houses reach weather-tight condition within 3–5 days.
After assembly, roofing and exterior finishing are completed so interior works can begin.
Our Warranty
We provide clear warranty terms for both construction work and materials. All structural elements are manufactured in controlled factory conditions and assembled by experienced teams. All warranty commitments are documented and follow European standards for prefabricated timber-frame buildings, ensuring reliable performance throughout the entire warranty period.
